Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of seenmeter.com and the SeenMeter service, operated by Jincove LLC (Sheridan, WY, USA). Using the site or the service means you accept them. If you engage us under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
1. The service
SeenMeter checks and tracks how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Claude, DeepSeek and Meta AI) answer questions related to your brand. Today the working product is the free checker, delivered concierge-style: submit a domain and email, and we run the prompts across the engines and email you the report. The instant dashboard, the daily rank tracker and the MCP server described elsewhere on the site are coming soon and are not part of the service until we release them. An announcement is not a commitment to a release date or a final feature shape.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use SeenMeter for a business, you confirm you're authorized to act for it. You're responsible for anything done under your submissions.
3. Beta
The service is in beta. Free checks are run concierge-style and emailed, usually within 24 hours; features labelled "waitlist" or "coming" are not yet available, and we don't promise uninterrupted availability while we build. We'll tell active users about material changes.
4. What our data means
AI answers vary between runs, models and regions. Our reports reflect what the engines said when we asked — they are evidence and trend lines, not a guarantee that any engine will mention, cite or recommend your brand, and not advice on which you should rely without your own judgment. Identical prompts can return different answers between runs.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to check brands you have no legitimate interest in at abusive volume, to probe or overload our systems, or to violate any AI platform's terms. We may refuse, scope or stop service that harms a platform, our systems or other users.
6. Plans and billing
Prices are shown on the pricing page. The free checker is free — no card, no obligation. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are currently in waitlist beta and are not yet billable; joining the waitlist takes only an email and no charge is made. When paid plans become available they will be flat monthly subscriptions — no credits — billed in advance through our payment processor, renewing until you cancel. You'll be able to cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice, and existing subscribers are told before any change affects them. 7. Other Jincove products
SeenMeter is one of several products operated by Jincove LLC (alongside Jincove, cove1, ConvertFin, CompareUGC and ReelWand). Each has its own terms and pricing on its own site; these terms govern seenmeter.com only. Because payments for these products are processed by Jincove LLC, once paid plans go live a SeenMeter charge may appear on your statement under the Jincove name.
8. Intellectual property
The report we prepare for you is yours to use. Our methodology, tooling, software and templates remain the property of Jincove LLC, and we may reuse them across engagements. Content on this site is ours and may not be republished without permission.
9. No warranty
The site and service are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We work carefully and document our methods, but we cannot control third-party AI systems or their outputs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jincove LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or USD 100 if you paid us nothing. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover Jincove LLC for claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or a third party's rights (including an AI platform's terms).
12. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse or a breach of these terms. Reports already delivered to you stay yours, and the sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — continue to apply after access ends.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If any mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights that cannot be waived, nothing here limits those rights.
14. General
These terms, plus any policy they link to and any separate written agreement, are the entire agreement between us. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor (for example, in a merger or acquisition). Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
