Which AI engines does SeenMeter cover?

All eight of the engines people actually ask: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, Claude, DeepSeek, Meta AI. That includes Google's AI Overviews via Gemini. When a new engine gets real usage, we add it — coverage of the new ones is the whole point.

What is a monitored prompt?

A monitored prompt is a question your buyers actually ask AI — like "best invoicing tool for freelancers". SeenMeter runs it against every engine and records whether you are mentioned, where you rank in the answer, and which sources get cited.

How often are prompts tracked?

Daily on paid plans. Every monitored prompt is re-run against every engine each day, so you can see when an answer changes and connect it to what you shipped. The free checker is a one-time snapshot.

Can I track competitors?

Yes. Add competitors to any monitored prompt and SeenMeter shows share of voice — how often each brand appears in the answers, per engine, over time. You see who AI recommends instead of you, and for which questions.

What do you mean by "real answers, not a black-box score"?

Every metric in SeenMeter links back to the actual AI answers we captured. We do compute a visibility score, but you can always open the underlying answers and read exactly what ChatGPT or Perplexity said, and which sources they cited. No unexplained numbers.

Is the free checker really free?

Yes — free, forever. No credit card, no trial clock, no gated results. It exists because we think everyone should be able to see what AI says about their brand, whether or not they ever pay us.

How does the free check work right now?

We are in concierge beta: you submit your domain and email, we run your brand against all eight engines, and you get the full report by email within 24 hours. The instant self-serve dashboard is rolling out to the beta list.

What is in the report?

For each engine: whether you are mentioned, the actual answer text, where you appear relative to competitors, and which sources the engine cited. Plus a summary of where you are visible, where you are invisible, and what to fix first.

What are the MCP server and Agent Skill?

They let your own AI agent — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and friends — run SeenMeter checks and pull tracking data directly, without opening a dashboard. Both are on a waitlist right now; join it from the MCP page and we will email you when access opens.

When does the full product launch?

We are building in public and shipping weekly — the changelog has the honest timeline. The free checker works today; daily tracking is rolling out to the beta list in order of signup.

Do you use credits?

No. Credits are how tools make you do math before every check. SeenMeter has flat monthly plans: a plain number of monitored prompts, every engine included, tracked daily. That is the whole pricing model.

Can I cancel anytime? What about refunds?

Cancel anytime, self-serve, no email required — your plan runs to the end of the billing period. If something was broken on our side, write us and we will make it right.

Do I need to book a demo or talk to sales?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no sales team. The free checker is the demo: run it, read the report, and upgrade to daily tracking if the answers matter to you. Everything is self-serve.
