Privacy Policy

Jincove LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA · Effective date: September 16, 2026

SeenMeter is operated by Jincove LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming. This policy covers seenmeter.com, the free AI visibility checker, and the concierge reports we email you. It is written in plain language, and where we don't do something we say so plainly.

1. What you send us

The only personal information we collect on this site is what you type into one of our forms:

  • Free check — your domain and email, so we can run the check and email you the report.
  • Beta signup, waitlist and newsletter — your email, so we can invite you when your access is ready and, once we start sending them, email you the occasional GEO tips.
  • Contact form — your name, email and message, so we can reply.

We only ask for what the form needs. We never ask for a password or a card number anywhere on this site.

2. How those submissions reach us

This site has no user accounts and no database of visitors. When you submit a form, the contents are delivered to our inbox by email through Resend(our email provider, based in the United States) and nothing else. We read it, run your check or reply, and that's the whole path.

3. Analytics

We run one analytics service — PostHog (PostHog, Inc., United States) — to see which pages help and what to improve. It loads only with your consent: in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland nothing loads until you accept in the banner, and declining loads nothing; everywhere else it's on by default and you can turn it off any time from the switch on the cookie policy page. PostHog sets a first-party cookie, receives your IP address and browser details, and records which pages and features you use, including session replay with every input masked so what you type is never recorded. We run no advertising or cross-site trackers. The prompt generator on the checker page runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type into it is sent to us.

4. Local storage on your device

The site keeps your light/dark theme choice and your analytics-consent answer in your browser's local storage. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us. See the cookie policy for the full (short) list.

5. Payments

We do not collect or process any payment details on this site. Paid plans are not yet billable — you can join the waitlist with just an email, and no card is taken. When paid plans launch, checkout will be handled by a third-party payment processor and your card details will go directly to them; we will update this policy before that happens.

6. How we use what you send

We use your information to run the check you asked for, reply to you, add you to the waitlist or newsletter list you asked to join, and operate and secure the site. If and when we send GEO-tips emails, they'll be occasional and every one will carry an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

7. Who else touches it

The third-party processors involved on this site are our hosting provider (serves the site), Resend (delivers your form to our inbox), and — only with your consent — PostHog (analytics, United States). They process data on our behalf only to provide those services and are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations. To run a free check we ask public AI engines questions about your brand or domain— we don't hand your email or personal details to them.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted in transit. Because this site keeps no accounts or database of visitors, there is no store of your data here to breach — submissions live only in our email inbox. No method is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small on purpose.

9. Data retention and deletion

We keep form submissions only as long as they're useful for the purpose you sent them and for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you at any time — email gan@jincove.com and we'll do it, unless we're legally required to keep it.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Send your request to gan@jincove.com and we will respond within 30 days.

11. California and other US state residents

If you are a California resident, you have the rights provided by California privacy law, including the right to know, correct and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share personal informationas those terms are defined under California law. If you live in another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah), you have similar rights — email us and we'll honor them the same way.

12. Children

SeenMeter is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a fresh effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top.
